Neuro –relates our minds, our nervous system and our 5 senses

Linguistic – is about our language and non verbal communication. It relates to how we code and give meaning to what we see, hear, feel, taste and smell, including our own ‘self talk’.

Programming – this involves understanding and improving the programmes we run, both in our own minds and in communicating with others, in order to obtain specific and desired outcomes.

So in other words NLP is how to use the language of our minds to specifically achieve the outcomes we desire.

Working with me as a Master NLP Practitioner and Coach will enable you to release mental resources (neuro) that you may not even have realised you have. By using language and self talk (linguistic), you will learn to control your state of mind (programming). This will provide long lasting results, success and personal development.
